Each of our apples is hand crafted, and like a piece of art, is unique unto itself.  We start with a huge Granny Smith Apple just tart enough to compliment the mounds of goodies that embrace it.  We dip the Granny in thick, creamy caramel and once it's set,  submerge it into a vat of luscious milk chocolate, covering the caramel right up to the stick with a nice thick layer of pure delight.  We then do a light drizzle with both dark and white chocolate for texture, giving it that one-of-a-kind appeal that all Mother's love.  Add a couple fabric flowers and some ribbon and you've got a treat that's as nice to look at as it is to eat.
